As part of our Pre-Season lineup, we offer group classes in Strength Training.
Strength Training: These strength sessions are done with controlled movements that focuses on form and technique. If you are new to strength training or want to make sure you are using proper form, this is a great class for you! All levels of athletes will be challenged by a diverse strength schedule geared specifically toward triathletes. During the pre-season our goal is to help you become stronger while your swim/bike/run training schedule is relatively light. During the racing season, our focus will be on maintaining the strength you developed during these Winter months
