strength training

As part of our Pre-Season lineup, we offer virtual group classes in Strength Training.

Strength Training: These strength sessions are done with controlled movements which focus on form and technique. All levels of athletes will be challenged by a diverse strength schedule geared specifically toward triathletes and injury prevention. During the pre-season our goal is to help you become stronger while your swim/bike/run training schedule is relatively light. During the racing season, our focus will be on maintaining the strength you developed during these Winter months
