GROUP WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Our program has two distinct seasons which follows the standard triathlon "racing" season and "off season". We like to call the "off season" Pre-Season since that is the time we work on fundamentals and gear up for the racing season ahead!
November 15 - March 15 = Pre-Season Schedule
Pre-Season includes our virtual cycling program and team member offerings for indoor group virtual cycling sessions, brewery fun runs, and an outdoor ride and/or run on Saturday mornings (weather permitting).
March 15 - October 30 = Race Season Schedule
During Race Season we have 3-4 scheduled outdoor group workouts each week consisting of some or all of the following disciplines: running, cycling, brick (bike & run), and open water swimming*
In addition to the Group Training Sessions, each athlete will have workouts to do on their own as prescribed in your individual training schedule.
*open water swim sessions are limited to those in the Coached Athlete program
