GROUP WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Our program has two distinct seasons which follows the standard triathlon "racing" season and "off season". We like to call the "off season" Pre-Season since that is the time we work on fundamentals and gear up for the racing season ahead!
Pre-Season is our indoor program and takes place from November-February.
Regular Season is the typical triathlon "racing" season and takes place from March-October. We have 3-4 scheduled group workouts each week consisting of some or all of the following disciplines: track, cycling, brick (bike & run), and swimming. The schedule for the 2021 season will be posted by March 1, 2021.
In addition to the Group Training Sessions, each athlete will have workouts to do on their own as prescribed in your individual training schedule.
