Group Coached Run: Running technique and drills are addressed at our coached run workouts. During our Race Season (March-Oct.) we will meet at Deep Run Park or Quioccasin Middle School track for our workouts. Throughout the year, we also have a Saturday group run every week as well as a Brewery Run where you can incorporate the techniques you have learned and join others to train for various running races during the Winter months.
Saturday Run: These runs will immediately follow our Saturday group rides and take place at different locations around the Richmond area.
Brewery Run: During the Pre-Season (November-March) we add a fun night run to the mix. Runs begin at a local brewery and are on an out-and-back course. We plan the run so that everyone can finish at the same time and socialize over a beer after the run. It is definitely a team favorite!
