Details: The TRIgirl Pink Power program is geared toward novice and intermediate female triathletes who would like to take part in Richmond's All Female Pink Power Triathlon! For details on the Pink Power race click HERE to go to the race website.
Your training plan will consist of daily workouts you will do on your own in running, biking or swimming and a weekly Saturday morning group bike and run workout that we will do as a group. You will also get two swim clinics which take place on the evening of June 28 and July 19 and are coached by US Masters Swim Coaches! Additionally, you'll get clinics on nutrition, bike handling & technique, clothing, run form, swim tips & tricks and much more!
Need more instruction? We offer "Add-On" options for weekday training in Swimming, Cycling and Running for an additional charge. Our Swimming, Cycling and Running Programs are coach led group workouts that focus on technique, intensity and getting you fitter and faster for race day! Mother/Daughter Option: What better way to model fitness or spend quality Mom/Daughter time than to take on this journey with your daughter! While the Pink Power program is geared toward adult women, participants are free to bring a child aged 13-17 to train alongside you at no additional cost. All minor participants must have a waiver on file and be with an adult registered participant on a one-to-one ratio during training sessions. We do not allow minors to ride the roads without one-on-one adult supervision by a guardian so minors must remain with participants at all times.
