CYCLING


C/R/S Combo stands for Cycle/Run/Strength and is part of our Pre-Season Lineup.   Get ready to sweat it out! Workouts will be a combination of indoor cycling, running and/or strength. Participants should be prepared to cycle for 40 min. along with intervals of strength training or short bouts of running.
